are a great source of fiber. They help to keep you feeling full while providing several nutrients.

Table of Contents: HOPE's Closet. HOPE is the acronym for Helping Other
People Excel. This closet will provide interview appropriate clothing to serious job seekers. We will be working
closely with local Workforce and Jobbing centers to identify people who are prepared to interview for employement but
lack the proper clothing. March 21, 2009 Fundraiser We are having a joint fundraiser
with Cannon House non-profit. Proceeds will be used to fund on-going programs. The Honorable Judge
Mablean Ephrim is the guest speaker at the prayer breakfast. The location is the Proud Bird Restaurant and the time

Organization News We will be having a clothing drive for HOPE's closet in February 2009.
Start cleaning out your closets. All clothing must be clean. pressed and on hangers. Men and women's
clothing needed. Pickup available in some areas.
